Easy Weight Loss With Green Coffee Beans

The use of green coffee bean extract is now one of the most talked about weight loss dietary supplements. Easy weight loss is hurriedly applied to products we see on late night television promising overweight men and women the quick fix. This is one supplement however that is living up to its claim.
While I have no doubt that many of the products advertised do work, you should be aware that your first priority is staying healthy. Please don't get me wrong though, I am by no means saying that these weight loss promises are pushing products that are unhealthy for you, but rather that you should use some common sense and not sacrifice a healthy meal.
Come to think of it, if you are not feeding your body well then losing weight and looking slim and sexy will soon have no purpose if you are too sick to go to the beach or wear that close-fitting little black dress to the office party.
Green Coffee Beans.
No one will deny that coffee is the most consumed beverage in America and probably the world. When coffee beans are allowed to mature and harvested just the right time, roasted to perfection, I too get swept away to the "hills of satisfaction" with my first sip.
Drinking coffee is known to curb that hunger and boost energy either for starting your day or those who drink many cups during the day.
Researchers and scientists took notice and explored the effects of green coffee beans and weight loss.
Studies from the National Institute of Health can be found on National Institute of Health.
Slimming Coffee.
Could this be the biggest weight loss discovery of all time? Many are already fondly referring to their green coffee capsules as their "slimming coffee" and feel safe in its consumption since coffee was already a part of their diet.
Whether you call this your "Slim Coffee" or your "Slimming Coffee" I get the feeling that if you are already a coffee drinker then making the choice to try this weight loss discovery will be right up your ally.
If losing weight is a matter of getting healthy and you are finding it difficult to change diets then green coffee beans could be the answer.
Green coffee beans have now found a home among the millions of people who struggled with different diets and will be home for a very long time?
If you are looking for an effective weight loss plan you owe it to yourself to find out how green coffee beans can work for you. You don't have to be a coffee drinker to use green coffee beans. Find out more at http://www.womensi.com/

7 Weight Loss Myths Broken

With so much weight-loss information out there, it's hard to make sense of it all and distinguish fact from fiction. Here are a few common myths explained and clarified!
To loose weight I need to...
1. Cut the fat in my diet
Myth
Fat is essential to every diet and should consist of 15 to 30% of one's daily calorie intake. This being said, it is important to give your body the best fats (unsaturated fats: monounsaturated and polyunsaturated; including omega 3 and 6), limit the saturated fats (animal fat from meat and dairy) and avoid the trans-fats (in many baked pre-packaged goods). Fats are important for many functions in the human body, as every cell membrane in our body consist of them. They play an essential role in many bodily functions as well as being essential for absorbing lipid-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). The Mediterranean diet, world renowned for its health properties and healthy weight virtues is a perfect example of this. Fat consists of 25-35% of calorie intake, only 8% being saturated (dairy and meat), the rest coming from olive oil and other plant based sources.
2. Cut the carbohydrates
Myth
My defense of carbohydrates is continual! Why are they essential? Carbohydrates serve crucial functions in the human body. Among other things, they are your body's principal source of energy and the only source of energy for many important cells such as neurones and red blood cells. This being said, an over consumption of carbohydrates transforms itself into fat, which is why, on average, an adult's plate should consist of only 20% whole grains and or starchy vegetables, the rest being vegetables, fruits, protein and fat.
Most important of all is the type of carbohydrates you choose. The reasons this food group has a bad reputation is that chosen incorrectly they wreak havoc on your blood sugar and cause you to crave more food rather than fill you up and provide you with the nutrients and long-lasting energy you need.
Which ones are best? Choose complex carbohydrates like whole grains instead of 'white' or refined carbohydrates (white rice, white bread, white pasta... ).
3. Replace sugar with artificial sweeteners
Myth
You've heard that sugar makes you gain weight therefore you make sure to drink diet coke rather than the original, put sweetener in your coffee and feast on sugar-free cookies.
On top of the fact that there is not much research on the safety of artificial sweeteners, the consumption of aspartame and saccharine, like sugar, is very addictive, and they wreak havoc on our blood sugar, causing drops in energy that make us crave more food as a result. Ironically enough, diet drinks have also been linked to obesity and overeating.
There is a lot of research that links diet drinks to weight gain. The theory is that because the sugar-free drink contains no calories, its sweet taste sends a signal to the brain to expect food and calories, and because these are not arriving, the body starts craving food and more calories. Another explanation is that consuming high amounts of sugary substances dulls your taste buds and as a result, makes you crave more high calorie foods.
The ultimate solution to free yourself of this vicious cycle and loose weight, is to wean yourself off of sugar and sugar substitutes slowly. You can start the weaning process with Stevia, a safe and natural, no-calorie sweetener.
4. Eat less
Myth and reality
Reality: Portion control and snack control are two of the keys to maintaining a healthy body weight. The easiest way to control your portions this is to see your daily food consumption as a pie chart! On average, 60% of your plate should consist of vegetables and fruits; 20% from carbohydrates; and 20% from protein. This can be modified depending on your age, the season, your activity level and other factors.
Not making it to your next meal without a snack? Put an end to this snacking by:
  • Increasing your consumption of satiable foods and decrease your refined carb consumption (white carbs). Satiable foods include those rich in fiber and healthy fats. Refined carbohydrates, including sweets will give you a quick burst of energy and then leave you tired and feeling hungry.
  • Train your body not to eat outside of meals and put yourself on a fixed meal schedule. Notice that when you are jetlagged you are hungry at the times when you normally eat at home. This is because the body remembers that you usually eat at certain times at which point it prepares itself to digest. Getting yourself on a 3 meal a day with no snacks schedule should take about the same amount of time as getting over jetlag: a few days to a week. Most adults have a relatively sedentary lifestyle that does not require snacks if they've had decent satiable meals.
The myth part is that one should not starve him or herself. Consuming three meals per day and having only fruits or vegetables as occasional snacks, helps to avoid the feeling of being ravishingly hungry and making unsound food decisions while in a hypo-glycemic state. Meal skipping also slows your metabolism meaning that your body burns less energy throughout the day. Meal skipping also provides you with less energy to go for that jog or power walk which will burn calories and also increase your metabolism!
5. Do not eat 2 hours before going to bed or after 8 pm
Partly true
I am not big on rules, especially when they are aimed at everyone but let's see why this can partially hold true.
Our bodies have an energy stock to keep us going between meals called glycogen stock; it releases energy for 6-8 hours after your meal. Fasting for 12 hours between dinner and breakfast is an important weight loss tool for the simple reason that after the body has depleted its stock of glycogen it starts burning your stock of fat. If you are snacking in the evening, the body's glycogen stock is replenished and you are not giving a chance for your body to burn fat.
My revised version of this weight loss 'rule' which is also important for your health is to: fast for 12 hours between dinner and breakFAST.
6. Eat low calorie foods
Myth
Diet foods may cause overeating. Professor David Pierce explains that foods with low calorie content disrupt the body's ability to use taste to regulate caloric intake. (1)
In addition, diet foods contain more artificial flavors and products in order for the food's taste not to be compromised. Why is this bad? The health consequences of regular consumption of these products are uncertain and little long-term research has been done.
7. Drink a lot of water
Myth and reality
It is commonly recommended that people trying to loose weight increase their water consumption. This is mostly because thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Also, while you are drinking water you are not drinking calorie containing drinks such as juices, soft drinks, alcohol, etc. Water also helps your body eliminate toxins which are more present in your circulation when you start eating healthier. Removing these toxins contributes to your health. In terms of losing weight though, water does not contain any magical component which will help you achieve this.

New Weight Loss Surgery Appears Safe and Effective

While various forms of bariatric surgery have become quite common in recent years, a new type of weight loss procedure, the gastric plication, has shown remarkable promise.
Compared with the earlier, popular procedures, gastric plication surgery (GPS) gives patients the same weight-loss results while being much less invasive, posing minimal risk, and generally allowing for a speedier recovery period.
Similar to other bariatric surgeries, GPS helps patients lose pounds by reducing the size of the stomach, which allows patients to feel full sooner and thus limit caloric intake. There is no type of stapling, surgical excision, or other removal of stomach tissue, and no medical implants need to be inserted into the body.
GPS uses a "gastric sleeve" that is similar to the device used in the sleeve gastrectomy. Unlike other procedures, GPS reduces the stomach capacity by folding the stomach over on itself, and then surgically stitching it closed.
The preliminary results of gastric placation surgery done for severely obese patients have been very promising, and it is being viewed as a safe and effective procedure for weight loss.
The following are some of the benefits of Gastric Plication surgery, which:
  • Involves no removal of tissue, cutting or stapling
  • Gives patients weight loss results comparable to other currently used weight loss procedures
  • Can be performed as laparoscopic surgery
  • Does not need a medical implant, such as gastric banding
  • Does not cause malabsorption, which is more common in gastric bypass surgery
  • Can be reversed easily
  • Poses minimal risk
  • Has a speedy recovery period
  • Is the least expensive weight loss procedure available
Outside of clinical trials, gastric plication surgery, is being performed by only a few doctors in the United States. And while the short-term results have been promising for gastric plication surgery, it will take ongoing clinical trials and long-term collection of data to fully understand the effects and advantages of the procedure.
If the results of gastric placation surgery continue to be positive, the procedure may become more easily available in the U.S. in the coming few years.
Severely obese patients seeking a less-invasive form of weight loss surgery may want to see if they would qualify for a study that uses this new procedure. The following are clinical trials currently being offered in the U.S.
Laparoscopic Gastric Plication Operation for Patients With Severe or Morbid Obesity- (ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT01207609). This study lists a start date of December 2010, with an estimated completion date of December 2013. Contact the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia.
Surgical Intervention in Bariatric Patients: Excess Weight Loss in the Morbidly Obese Following Gastric Plication- (ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT01077193) This study is currently recruiting participants at Ohio State University Medical Center. The start date was November 2009 and the completion date is August 2013.

An Incredible New Weight Loss Product: Your Brain!

I would like to introduce you to an incredible new weight loss product: Your brain...

A Bit of History
I discovered a very unique mental technique for weight loss many, many years ago from a great New Thought teacher, Dr. Joseph Murphy. When I posted it on my business forum a few years ago, members publicly thanked me for their weight loss a short time later.
In 2005, I decided to conduct a formal test of the technique with a group of volunteer participants to prove the effectiveness of this method, which had not been revealed to the mainstream, for the purpose of potentially adding it to my library of prosperity programs. But first, I wanted to see enough positive results from the general public to support it.
I added my own enhancements to the technique based on my extensive knowledge of the subconscious mind and the results from that challenge proved the value of the process. The experience supported my conviction that to achieve success in any area of our life, we must first create the inner foundation - the mindset. Our bodies are the mirror of our mental, emotional and spiritual states. And the good news is that we can change that reflection!
I believe that whether most people realize it or not, there is a profound hunger for this knowledge (okay, pun possibly intended) - the missing link and shift in consciousness that will produce fast solutions in all areas of life, including what I refer to as "body prosperity." Everyone is focusing on the outer solutions without attending to that vitally important foundation that will ensure their progress and results - the innersolution.

And Current Views
Using mental laws, you can lose weight in a natural, effortless way - by gently shifting the dominant thought in your subconscious mind and no longer thinking of yourself as having to lose weight. You change the focus of your consciousness to what you do want instead of what you don't want. As long as you keep thinking of what you don't want, you will continue to manifest more of what you don't want. That is the nature of the subconscious mind and the foundation of mental law.
You must eliminate any belief in being a "dieter" or having to "lose weight" and instead create a new dominant thought in the mind of a fit, healthy body. Your subconscious mind will accept your new belief and will compulsively guide you to do everything necessary to accomplish that result.
A sculptor does not think at all about chipping away at stone or marble or clay... I believe he (or she) sees in the mind's eye the image of what they want to create - the vision of the end result. And that's what you are going to be doing with your body. You will no longer be concentrating on "chipping away" anything. You will be focused on the desired result. You will be creating the body that you want instead of bemoaning the body that you don't want.
You may have to lose a large amount of weight or perhaps you need to lose minimally. You are not alone in any category and many others share your challenge. That's what makes this process so interesting. A great teacher once said, "The law is no respecter of persons." This means that the mental and spiritual laws work the same for everyone, no matter who you are and what your situation is. We are all made of the same mind stuff and spirit. Just as gravity will work for all alike, so will these mental laws, if you align yourself with them.
By instilling new seed thoughts in the subconscious, you will be creating a new set of core beliefs, and those beliefs will in turn create healing and a new physical condition.

Magic Pill
What is fascinating is that there is an ever-increasing number of diet books on the market, there is more knowledge available to us than ever before about nutrition and health, there are probably more gyms and fitness centers in our nation than at any other time. Yet our nation is "fatter" than it has ever been (and we need to stop blaming it all on sitting at computers).
The proliferation of weight loss programs and equipment marketed on the Internet, in all traditional media, and specifically on television, speaks volumes to the public's search for a new and better magic pill.
Something does not make sense here. My opinion is that we are attempting to solve the problem from the outside when what we really need to do is establish a foundation on the inside as well.
All of the books, knowledge, diets and equipment in the world will not result in your "body" prosperity unless you first have the mindset for a fit, healthy body. Only then will those other tools help you. If you don't have the mindset, then you will automatically keep reverting back to the tangible evidence of your core belief. Thus, the all too familiar "yo-yo."
Applying the laws of mind and spirit is the closest thing you will ever find to a magic pill - it addresses the problem and provides the solution at the core level of belief which is the foundation for anything that we wish to create in life. And what is unique and refreshing is that this process does not promote any specific diet or exercise - you make the conscious effort to do your part and your subconscious mind will do the rest. Any changes in your habits or routine will be inspired from the inside out...naturally...not from will power or forced action.
The whole point of subconscious conditioning is to bring our consciousness to the point of acceptance that we already are where we want to be. Then the subconscious is compulsive and will intuitively guide us to the right foods, exercise, or whatever it takes to fulfill that vision. But we must instill the right message in our mind at the core level.
Using mental techniques does not "replace" healthy eating habits. It creates them! That's the whole idea. The subconscious is the seat of habit. And of intuition. With the right mindset, your habits will become just that - healthy habits - instead of the compulsively unhealthy ones.
If your weight situation is not the result of wrong eating habits, then your subconscious knows the answer and is capable of creating the adjustments that are necessary for you to achieve your goals. There is that Universal Storehouse of Knowledge that is All Wisdom and knows all answers - all we need to do is tell it what we want by aligning ourselves with the laws - and it knows how to get us there.
So again, we use our minds to accept the idea, thought and picture of a fit, healthy person at his/her ideal weight. Once that idea is instilled in the mind, you will automatically be guided and directed to all that is necessary for you to fulfill that vision. You will intuitively want the right foods and pass on the wrong ones. You will adopt the proper exercise habits. You will be guided to the right coach or nutritional information to manifest your subconscious idea. It must happen because that is the law - the nature of mind. Mind will always create according to the seed thought.

When the imagination and the will are in conflict, the imagination always wins. - Emile Coue

Mindset of Being a 'Dieter'
Here is something that I want you to think about carefully. I want you to consider this and keep considering it until you grasp it fully. It will be a very important factor in your solution.
If you have the mindset of being a dieter, of having to lose weight, if that is what you consistently feel like, then your subconscious keeps adjusting your habits to conform to that idea. It keeps you being "a dieter" or "on a diet.". The subconscious does not think or reason, it just takes orders. Those orders are your thoughts and feelings.
In other words, when you do manage to lose some weight, your core belief of being a dieter will have you gain weight again so that you can continue being a dieter because that is what your subconscious mind thinks you are and thinks you want.
When you are constantly criticizing and condemning your body for its weight, you are reinforcing the very thing you don't want. Your mind will perpetuate the condition because your mind thinks that's what you want.
Do you get this?
You now have conflict between what you desire on a conscious level and what your subconscious mind thinks you want - opposing ideas. That great teacher Dr. Murphy said that if you tell a taxi driver to go to two different addresses, you will never get to your destination.

Am I qualified to make such claims about this mental process? I will let you decide. But the photos of me that appear online were taken within the past couple of years and with minor fluctuation, I have maintained this body for most of my life. I am healthy, trim, fit and look 20 years younger than my years. However, I come from a "fat" family. My mother wasn't just overweight...she was obese, and when she died in the 80s, she was younger than I am now. My younger sister is gone too. But don't think I can't gain weight easily.
Oh, yes I can, but my mind won't let me. I have mentally conditioned my subconscious to it to never let me go beyond a specific weight and to keep me fit and healthy. I don't think about what I have to do to maintain it, my mind does it for me - I lift weights, I eat healthy foods and I can indulge in fattening foods sporadically without repercussions. Automatic pilot. Will the mental technique work for you? I say...what have you got to LOSE? Body back guarantee.
Forget the word "diet." This is the natural way we are created to use our minds - constructively and in alignment with Universal laws.

Footnote
As a teacher of mental and spiritual laws, I learned these universal laws and prosperity principles from the most brilliant New Thought teachers, far ahead of their time. It is time for this valuable esoteric knowledge to become more mainstream. Are you ready to become your own case study?

A Quick Introduction To The New Weight Loss Supplement, Garcinia Cambogia

One of the most popular industries in America is the weight loss industry, which is reflective of the fact that many people want to lose weight. Take a trip to the grocery store and you'll see large selections of "diet" food. Visit a health food store and you'll notice a variety of diet supplements, all aimed at helping people lose weight.
There are three main ways for a weight loss supplement to help you lose weight:
1) By affecting the absorption of certain foods (such as fat, for example)
2) By reducing appetite and hunger
3) By increasing the metabolism
A new supplement that is recently gaining popularity is called Garcinia cambogia extract. Garcinia cambogia is a fruit from India and certain parts of Asia that kind of looks like a small pumpkin and is green to light orange in color. The part of the plant used for the extract comes from the fruit and the rind, and is called hydroxycitric acid (sometimes abbreviated as HCA). HCA is used to suppress appetite as well as increase fat burning.
It has been getting attention recently as in late 2012, the popular television host, Dr. Oz., mentioned it on his show. As a result, interest in this supplement increased greatly.
So what makes HCA different from all the other weight loss supplements that are out there?
HCA works to block fat. It also helps suppress your appetite, which means you will eat less total food. It is also believed that HCA makes the body burn extra carbs by blocking an enzyme that assists in converting excess carbs into fat.
In other words, not only are you eating less, but your body may also store less of what you eat as fat.
According to research, garcinia cambogia does not have any known side effects in healthy adults. There are some people who should not take it, however, including pregnant women, lactating women, children, and people with diabetes, Alzheimer's, or any other form of dementia.
Garcinia can be taken 3 times per day, with each dose being taken 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Tablets are available in a variety of doses and strengths so be sure to read the label to see exactly how much you are getting.
If your goal is to lose weight, consider adding an exercise program to your diet and supplementation regimen. And as with anything health related, be sure to check with your doctor before starting to make sure you aren't overlooking anything.

New Weight Loss Dietary Supplement Tips

A weight loss dietary supplement can look like it's your only option. Although there is always an option perhaps it is the option that you are willing to use.  Before you do, try these free option before you take a step into taking an organic pill that will alter your body's mechanics and changes its natural biological clock.
When I lost my 40 pounds in one summer (2 months) I worked out like a dog, I mean I went to the gym sometimes for 3 hours a day. I pretty much lived there. However, understanding that not everyone will want to do this, I have put together 2 of the other main changes that I made in my life that if you implemented co0uld drastically change your body.
Tip #1) Learn to love water, there will come a day when the importance of water will be debated and its allocation of resources will be primary concern and if nothing else let that be motivation enough to you to start liking it now. Exchange two juices or soft drinks a day with water. This alone will begin to show positive results.
Tip #2) Chew gum, a weight loss dietary supplement will not change the feeling of hunger when you are losing weight, since it's the body's reaction to not getting what it wants. As it's been programmed to want.
When you get the hunger bug and know you shouldn't eat, grab a stick of gum. 5 calories is better than 200. Weight loss dietary supplement can be a dangerous game to play, however you should know the rules and which ones harm you and which ones are safe.
